The BXF-Plus series uses a PVF surface material and Sungold glass fiber composite to maintain the same power output at half the weight of traditional integrated products. For example, the 200 watt BXF-Plus weighs only 4.3 kg, 50% of the weight of common panels, making it more portable.

Highly Efficient Anti-Hot Spot Technology
Through the 4-slice process, we reduce the cell current to 1/4 of the original cell, effectively reducing the single cell load. The full welding process of the main wire ensures even distribution of current in each welding point, preventing hot spot problems.

Integrated Lamination Molding Technology
The BXF-Plus series solar panels feature integrated lamination molding, enhancing appearance consistency, boosting impact resistance by 50%, and reducing weight by 40-50%. This design eliminates traditional stitching, minimizing water ingress risks and achieving IP67 waterproofing.
The BXF-plus with its lightweight and flexible design, can be easily spread out on the ground like a soft blanket, requiring no additional support or specific installation angles. This user-friendly approach reduces environmental requirements and makes it suitable for a variety of applications.
High-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells with an efficiency of up to 22.7% are used to ensure maximum energy conversion. The rugged IP67 rating ensures protection against dust and water, which greatly improves durability and extends the life of the solar panel. The product comes with a 1-year warranty for optimal performance for more than 5 years.
Paired with energy storage
1. Charging mobile phones and tablets: Use 20-100W solar panels to charge small electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers.
2. Outdoor camping: Use a portable 100W solar panel with a 500Wh portable energy storage power supply to meet basic needs such as outdoor camping lighting and mobile phone charging.
3. Small family system: Use a 200W-500W solar panel with a 1-2kWh energy storage system. The product supports OEM/ODM customization.

Operation Guide
Lay the solar panel flat in an open area, making sure it faces direct sunlight. If necessary, an optional bracket can be used for support.
Avoid any shadowed areas to optimize energy production.
In most cases, the solar charger cannot provide full rated power. Here are some tips to optimize efficiency:
- Perfect sunlight direction: Make sure the solar panel faces directly into the sun to maximize output power. The ideal tilt angle is 90 degrees from the horizontal.
- Eliminate shadows: Make sure the surface of the solar charger is not blocked and avoid shadows caused by weather, covers or other obstacles to increase power output.
- Offset surface temperature increase: The power output is affected by the surface temperature. The lower the temperature, the higher the power output. In the summer, the surface temperature can reach 131°F / 55°C, which may cause a power reduction of more than 10%.
- Keep clean: Clean the solar panel regularly to avoid dust and dirt accumulation. The PVF surface material is easy to clean.
